Taking place within the St James Quarter, the Edinburgh Seafood Festival brings the best of Scotland’s seafood to the capital.
Running from 04 to 06 May 2024, the festival offers a packed programme of events for seafood lovers. The Seafood Stage will host cooking demonstrations and masterclasses, while the pop-up Produce Market is the place to browse and buy tasty offerings.
For an extra special culinary experience, the Seafood Supper Club will offer guests the chance to join leading chefs for a private dinner cooked in front of their eyes.
All of this as well as exclusive dishes and menus from restaurants including Maki & Ramen, Ka Pao and Duck & Waffle.
