Developed in partnership with Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy, at these one-day classes participants will be guided through the Botanics’ on-site kitchen garden by one of their experts to discover what’s in season, tips for growing locally, and how to be more sustainable in your home.
This will be followed by a two hour demonstration of summer cooking utilising the season’s wonderful diversity of crops and highlighting the benefits of eating fresh, led by a highly-skilled cookery teacher from Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy.
