After a large refurbishment and transformation, OMNi at the top of Leith Walk is hosting The Big Meet on Saturday 02 May 2026 – a free event designed to bring the people of Edinburgh together and give back to the community.
Bringing a burst of feel-good energy, visitors will be able to enjoy complimentary coffees, meals, cinema tickets and other treats. Venues within the centre, such as Boom Battle Bar, COSMO and Slug & Lettuce will be offering one-day-only deals, plus they’ll be the chance to take home a personalised sketch from a live illustrator.
Aiming to create a more welcoming space for visitors to meet and enjoy, OMNi’s refurb project includes new flooring throughout the centre, an upgraded and more visible main entrance, modern LED lighting and new seating zones.
