Film enthusiasts and collectors are invited to a special in-gallery event on 21 March 2026, featuring internationally renowned film stills photographer Murray Close.
Best known for his iconic imagery from the British cult classic Withnail and I, Murray Close will be meeting visitors and signing a selection of his celebrated photographs from the film. His behind-the-scenes stills have played a key role in shaping the enduring visual identity of this much-loved cinematic masterpiece, which continues to captivate audiences decades after its release.
Free to attend and open to all, visitors will get the rare opportunity to meet Murray Close, gain insight into his experiences working on major international film productions, and purchase and have signed original photographic prints from Withnail and I.
