Recognised by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, Catalan human towers, known as castells are a unique tradition built around teamwork, trust and community.
Taking place on 26 September 2026, join this fun, family-friendly workshop, and learn about the tradition and have a go at building a human tower with Colla Castellera d’Edinburgh. No previous experience is needed. You can also simply watch the open rehearsal and see how participants train.
