From 31 July to 02 August 2026, over 50 artists and makers open their studio doors for a weekend of discovery, inspiration, and beautiful work. Explore four floors of working studios and meet the people behind some of Scotland’s most exciting contemporary art, design, and craft – all within walking distance of The Shore in Leith.

Founded in the early 2000s in a former seed warehouse, Coburg House has grown into a pillar of the local arts community. Its Open Studios weekends have long been a much-anticipated fixture in the city’s cultural calendar, offering an alternative to the high street and a chance to connect directly with artists.

Choose from ceramic, jewellery, textiles, illustrators and much more. Browse the stalls and discover how several artists are reusing, repurposing or recycling their materials to create sustainable works of art.
