An educational, scientific and cultural event, the week-long programme is organised around the themes of hearing health, sound environment and musical expression.
The theme for this year’s programme is waves.
Produced in partnership with the University of Edinburgh, the UNESCO Week of Sound will host a number of concerts, workshops, talks and discussions on sound and how it relates to some of the major issues and questions of our time.
Taking place at various venues across the city, including Edinburgh College of Art and The University of Edinburgh Main Library, all events are free to attend, but registration is required
