Launched in 2011, Square Cinema brings 3 days of cinematic classics and family blockbusters to the city’s St Andrew Square Garden, all for free.
Previous screenings have included everything from Back to the Future to Lyle Lyle Crocodile. Whether you want to see a golden oldie, a cult title or family blockbuster, this festival has something for all ages and tastes.
All movies are free to watch with no ticket required. Spaces will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Audiences are welcome to bring picnics (no alcohol or glass may be brought into the event arena).
