In a warm, supportive environment, you’ll explore how art-making can help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build a greater sense of inner steadiness.

The 3 hour session combines guided art-making, gentle reflection, and simple body-based awareness practices to help you cultivate resilience, reduce stress, and deepen your connection with yourself. No artistic experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

The workshop takes place in the Art & Design Library of the Central Library on George IV Bridge. Due to the age of the building, the library is reached by stairs, with only partial access by lift.
