Taking place between Christmas and New Year, this free, drop-in invites visitors to get creative by capturing on paper some of the fascinating exhibits on display.
Basic drawing materials will be provided but you can also bring your own pencils and sketch pad.
After capturing your artwork, you can choose to either have it displayed for the day within the museum or take home.
This event is suitable for all ages and all levels of artistic skills.
The National Museum of Scotland is located on Chambers Street. A number of Lothian Buses services stop nearby on George IV Bridge and South Bridge, such as routes 8, 14, 31 and 37.
