Founded in Edinburgh in 1860, Napiers the Herbalists is marking 166 years of heritage with an interactive experience that blends a botanical world of history with hands-on blending and gifting.
Step inside and be transported into Napiers’ world – from the cobbled lanes of Victorian Edinburgh where Duncan Napier first opened his herbalist’s shop, to the living botanical legacy that continues today. They’ll be a striking floral swing installation with free polaroid souvenirs, a hands-on tea blending station where guests create their own bespoke blend to take home, and a herbalist’s corner for plant wisdom and questions.
This one-day event takes place in The Games Room at The Edinburgh Grand on St Andrew Square. Every guest receives a complimentary gift and the chance to enter a prize draw with an array of exciting prizes.
For those wishing to make a day of it, The Edinburgh Grand has created a bespoke Napiers Afternoon Tea Experience. Enjoy Scottish savoury and sweet treats infused with Napiers signature botanicals including lavender, rose and lemon, alongside unique Napiers tea blends. Please note the afternoon tea experience is not part of the free pop-up booking and should be booked separately. Charges apply.
