Running as part of Leith Festival, Trinity House, once the base of the Incorporation of Mariners and Shipmasters, will be hosting an open day on 14 June 2025.

Visitors will be able to take a self-guided tour, watch a film about Leith’s maritime history and see the fascinating objects that tell stories of life at sea. For younger visitors, take part in games and activities in the historic vaults.

Trinty House is at 99 Kirkgate in Leith. The house has no visitor car par, however the area is well served by both Lothian Buses and Edinburgh Trams. Please note, there is disabled access to the ground floor of the house only and the vaults are down steep stairs

As part of the Leith Festival Gala Day the house will also have a stall on Leith Links where visitors can learn more about the house and their work.

Trinity House Leith Festival Open Day is free to attend, with no booking required.
